Analyzer Packages
Design, fabrication and integration of analyzer packages, including the analyzer shelter and sampling system, is one of the company's core activities. Each package is designed around the sample composition, process conditions and installation site, so that the sample reaches the analyzer unaltered and its data is transmitted to the control room.

Technical FAQ
Notes on analyzer packages
Is a chromatograph better than a single-component analyzer?
If several components of a mixture must be measured simultaneously, for example the full composition of natural gas to calculate its heating value, a gas chromatograph is the right choice. For fast, continuous monitoring of a single component such as oxygen or H₂S, a single-component analyzer is usually simpler and responds faster.
In-situ or Extractive measurement?
In the in-situ method, the sensor is installed directly in the line or stack and responds faster. In the Extractive method, the sample is drawn from the line and reaches the analyzer after conditioning. The choice depends on the temperature, pressure, dust and moisture of the stream and on maintenance access requirements.
Is a shelter required, or is a cabinet sufficient?
For one or two small analyzers in moderate ambient conditions, a cabinet is usually sufficient. Where there are several analyzers, a sample conditioning system and a need for on-site maintenance work, a shelter provides better working space and protection.
